He comes from the Hub of Kopala which is Kitwe also known as Mad city the Land of Jerahbos..his real names are Bernard Puta JR nd his stage names are Ben JR aka G.B.G meaning Ghetto Bank Governor..this boy comes from a family of 4 and his the only Male child,Ben JR developed interest in Music when he was in Grade 11@Kitwe Boys Secondary school though he wasn’t recording but he really had a passion for music and he used 2listen to hip-hop music a lot and that made him to like Rappers like Lil Wayne,Eminem,Macky 2 and Chef 187..Ben JR Recorded his first song in 2013 and he named it #For_Beta_For_Worse which did very well on a named radio station on the Copperbelt, it competed with pillars of the Zambian music industry and that really helped him a lot as it gave him the courage to work on another song..later in 2015 April he released a song titled “Spilled Milk” where he talked about a guy been in a relationship with a gal den the gal trips and later she starts asking for forgiveness but the guy is telling her that she spilled the milk and he has already moved on so it’s impossible for the couple to be back together just like the saying says “u can’t cry over spilled milk”..this song didn’t draw much of the people’s attention till it got into the Hands of the Kopala Talent Coach/Music promoter and also Shenky’s Manager MR #Robby_Jerahyo who promoted it massively and later signed Ben JR to his Label Jerahyo inc earlier this year..Ben JR was Given an opportunity to be part of the group owned by Jerahyo “Jerahyo Generation” and they did there 1st single titled #Tawanjebefyo” which became the Hash tag of most top celebs on social media and the song is still doing well..apart from been part of that group Ben JR works as an independent artist and he just released a new single called #ChitaSo which was produecd by #JazzyBoy for Jerahbo Studios…this young and talented rapper is 1 to look out for and we wish him the best in his music Career.
