2020 is a big year for Zambian international Male Hip Hop and Dance hall singer Jay Rox. The country heard a big announcement as the young talented singer shared the good news of the launch of his first ever Sneaker Line called “The Rox Edition” On the first of January.
Jay Rox came on the music scene through a Hip Hop group called Zone Fam, Zone Fam was a Zambian hip hop group based in Lusaka, composed of Sam Sakala, Jackson Banda, Reginald Lube, and previously Tim Chisenga until his departure from the group on April 1, 2015.The group was formed in 2009 after they were all signed to Slam Dunk Records.
The group became one of the most successful crews in the industry with a number of hit songs,International collaboration and an international award to their name. The later split and everyone went on their on and started their own music.But there is no bad blood and it was rumored they want to do a collabo together.
Jay Rox has become successful in his musical career as we we have seen him drop hit after hit and many Awards to his name.He has also pursued other ventures and it seems his wife Estel Mantel who is a Fashion Designer has managed to persuade him to join the fashion industry.
